- Bookings must be made through our website, WhatsApp, or official contact numbers.
- Advance payment may be required to confirm a booking.
- Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, UPI, or other methods communicated by SNX Holidays.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the journey may be eligible for a partial refund.
- No refund will be issued for last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of travel).
- Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method.
5. User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate information while booking.
- You are responsible for your belongings during the journey.
- Misbehavior with drivers or misuse of services may result in cancellation without refund.
6. Liability
SNX Holidays will make every effort to provide safe and reliable cab services. However, we are not liable for delays, accidents, natural calamities, strikes, or events beyond our control.
7. Third-party Services
We may use third-party services (such as payment processors, mapping APIs). By using our services, you agree to their respective terms.
